Most Brokers charge the same fee, no matter how your home sells, in every situation, regardless of circumstances. Most brokers charge the same fee even if the seller finds their own buyer!! I find this system of compensation to be seriously flawed. With my system you have flexibility. Why pay for something you may not get?

6% Fee - Your home sells through the multiple listing service (MLS) and the commission is equally shared with the other broker. I provide full service, full marketing and full MLS listing.

5% Fee - We find the buyer, negotiate the contract, and take care of the closing process. There is no other broker involved. Full service is still required, full marketing, and full MLS listing. 

4% Fee - You find the buyer, we write the contract, and take care of the closing process. There is no other broker involved. The property still gets full service, marketing, and MLS listing. 

$1500 Fee - You find the buyer, you write the contract, and we take care of the closing process. There is no other broker involved. Limited service, no multiple listing service needed. 

$995 Fee - You find the buyer and close the transaction. There is no other broker involved. Limited service, no Multiple Listing Service.
