The Gerchberg Real Estate Team is run by the hardest working husband and wife in Philadelphia, Eric and Melanie Gerchberg. Eric and Melanie have been married since 2009 but joined forces in business in 2019. Eric has been hustling in Real Estate since 2015, growing his brand and creating many happy clients along the way, and Melanie left the non-profit sector and joined the team when we welcomed their son in January of 2019. Melanie and Eric own multiple properties in Philadelphia and live in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood with their son, Lev, and dog, Prudence. They are responsible for successfully selling over $90,000,000 worth of real estate throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs since the inception of our business!
